iOS

iOS is primarily a mobile software system that was created and developed by Apple Inc., especially for their own equipment. The term also included the version that ran on the iPad until the term iPad OS was introduced with version 13 in 2019. It is the second most used mobile OS within the world after Android. It is the stepping stone of the other three Apple operating systems: iPad OS, tv OS, and watch OS. This iOS system was introduced for the very first time and came in the limelight with the iPhone at the "Macworld Conference & Expo on January 9, 2007", and was released in June of that year.
